How the numbers are made
You type the deal figures. The math runs in your browser. Those numbers do not go to a server. Each calculator page shows the formula it uses. The results are illustrative estimates, not an appraisal, a loan offer, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or borrow.
Why it exists
Standard real-estate metrics should be checkable without a paywall. Use the tools to see the arithmetic. Check the property records, and talk to a qualified professional before you act.
